What are the shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands, the shipping costs for a mailbox package with track & trace are €4.99 excl. VAT (up to 5 products and no displays) and for a package with track & trace €6.25 excl. VAT. All orders over €200 excl. VAT receive free shipping.

For Belgium, the shipping costs for a package with track & trace are €9.25 excl. VAT. All orders over €250 excl. VAT receive free shipping.

For Germany, the shipping costs for a package with track & trace are €9.50 excl. VAT. All orders over €250 excl. VAT receive free shipping.

For France, the shipping costs for a package with track & trace are €14.25 excl. VAT. All orders over €250 excl. VAT receive free shipping.

For all other countries, the shipping costs for a package with track & trace the shipping costs vary between €12.50 excl. VAT and €30.00 excl. VAT. If you select your country at the checkout, you can view the exact shipping costs. All orders over €250-€500 excl. VAT (depending on the country) receive free shipping.

How long will it take before my order is shipped?

Your order will be shipped in 1-2 working days. During weekends and public holidays, no orders are shipped.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time of your order depends on PostNL and the country in which you live. Within the Netherlands, your order is usually delivered the next day. For Belgium and Germany, it takes between 2-4 day before your order arrives. For all other European countries, the delivery time varies between 2-7 days. For countries outside Europe, the delivery time varies between 4-10 days.

At Essentialistics, you can pay with the following payment methods:

I have placed an order, but the payment failed. What do I have to do now?

If you received an order confirmation, the order has been placed. In that case, please send an e-mail to hello@essentialistics.com and a new payment link will be sent to you.

If you didn’t receive an order confirmation, the order hasn’t been placed. This means that you need to place your order again.


What is the return period?

At Essentialistics you always have the opportunity to return your order within 14 days after receiving your order.

Which items can be returned?

All items can be returned except customized jewellery.

How long does it take to process my return?

The processing of a return shipment takes up a maximum of 5 working days after receipt. You will receive an e-mail as soon as we have processed the return and refunded the amount to your account.

Are the return costs and the risk of return sendings for my own account?

Yes, both the costs and the risk of return sendings are for your own account. 

How can I return my order?

Returning is fairly easy. Fill in this return form and send the products together with your order number to the address below:

Please note that Essentialistics will only handle returns if the products are returned in their original condition including packaging. Damaged and/or used items are refused and returned. 

Please note that shipments that are returned without having filled in our return form will not be accepted. You will always receive a confirmation from us that we have received your request for the return shipment. Therefore, wait until you have received this confirmation before returning the products.

Non-identifiable returns are returned to the sender wherever possible. If the products are not in our possession within 14 days after confirming the return shipment via the return form, there will be no refund.

Can I exchange my items?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to exchange an item. Do you want a different size or colour? Please place a new order.


How does it work?

If you’re interested in selling the jewellery of Essentialistics in your (web)shop, you can fill in the register form on the website.

If you have a physical store, we check if we don’t already have a point of sale nearby that has exclusivity. If that’s the case, we decide if we can accept you based on the number of people in your village/city, number of tourists per year (if relevant), and how far the points of sale are located from each other.

Do you offer exclusivity?

We offer exclusivity for our physical points of sale if you buy from us directly (so not through a wholesale platform such as Ankorstore or Orderchamp – unless indicated otherwise). If you want exclusivity, you are obliged to purchase (part of) the new collection every season (per half year) with a total value of €1000 excl. VAT. 

If you want exclusivity, you can apply for it by filling in the form below. We will review your request and inform you if it’s possible to get exclusivity for your store. Depending on the size of the city/village and the number of residents (and if relevant tourists), you get exclusivity for (part of) a certain city/village.

Webshops and physical points of sale where you only come by appointment (such as beauty salons and hairdressers) are excluded from exclusivity.

If you don’t meet the minimum order value for exclusivity for a season, your exclusivity will automatically expire.

    What is the minimum order value?

    The minimum order value is €100 excl. VAT. 

    Do you offer recommended retail prices?

    Yes, we offer recommended retail prices. We specify the recommended retail price in the product description of each of the products.

    Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?

    After you’ve placed an order, you should automatically receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address specified. If you haven’t received any mail, please check your spam box. Otherwise, please send an e-mail to hello@essentialistics.com.

    Can I still cancel or adjust my order?

    After placing an order, you can still cancel or adjust it as long as it has not yet been sent.

    How do I use a discount code?

    You can apply a discount code at the checkout page. You enter the code in the box called “coupon code”. You can use only one code per order.

    I forgot to use the coupon, can it still be applied?

    If the order hasn’t been paid, the coupon can still be applied. In that case, fill in the contact form on the website or send an e-mail to hello@essentialistics.com with your order number. If the order has already been paid, the discount can’t be applied anymore.

    May I use your images?

    All our customers may use our visual materials for free. This includes product images as well as social media photos. If you use our images on social media channels, we’d love to be tagged!

    Can I view the products in real life before ordering them?

    Yes, that’s possible if you’re located in the Netherlands or Belgium. We can visit your store to show our collection or you can come to us. Please send an e-mail to suzanne@essentialistics.com to make an appointment.


    Are the jewellery items nickel free?

    Yes, all jewellery is nickel free.

    Of which material is the jewellery made?

    All jewellery is made of stainless steel. 

    Does the jewellery discolour?

    No, jewellery made of stainless steel does not discolour. Not even the golden ones. A vacuum coating process (called PVD) is used to achieve the golden colour. This process leads to an extremely durable coating.

    What is the best way to handle my jewellery?
    • Take your jewellery off when you go exercising, sleeping, and showering. Water, moisture, and perspiration can make your jewellery item dull.
    • Your jewellery can also become dull if it comes in contact with perfume, body lotion, hair spray, sunscreen, etc. So always let these substances withdraw before you put your jewellery on.
    • Don’t wear your jewellery during intensive work. This way, you prevent any unnecessary damage and scratches on your favourite jewellery pieces.
    • Store your jewellery in a dark place, preferably in a bag/box, when you aren’t wearing a certain item so that the air can’t affect it.
    • Store your jewellery items separate from each other. This way, the jewellery can’t damage each other and you also prevent chains from getting tangled up with each other.
    • Always attach your jewellery, such as a necklace, before you store it. This way, you prevent scratches and that the jewellery gets entangled with itself.
    A product is currently sold out. When will it be available again?

    Almost all items that are sold out will be back in stock soon. On the product pages of sold out products you can sign up for a “back in stock” notification.
